# Email Reminders

> Configure automated email reminders and notifications from SaleTides.

## Overview

SaleTides can send automated email reminders on a schedule. Navigate to **Settings → Email Reminders** to configure them.

## Available reminders

### Performance summary

A scheduled summary of your store's key metrics — revenue, orders, new customers, and top products. Configure the frequency:

* **Daily** — sent each morning with the previous day's stats
* **Weekly** — sent each Monday with the previous week's stats
* **Monthly** — sent on the 1st with the previous month's stats

### Low stock alerts

Get notified when a product drops below its stock threshold in WooCommerce. Alerts are sent when stock levels update in SaleTides (via webhook or import).

Configure:

* **Enable/Disable** — toggle the alert on or off
* **Frequency** — how often to check and send alerts (daily, immediate)

## Enabling and disabling reminders

Each reminder type has an on/off toggle. Disable any reminder you don't want without affecting others.

## Changing frequency

Use the frequency dropdown next to each reminder to change how often it is sent.

## Email recipients

Reminders are sent to the email address associated with your SaleTides account. If you want reports sent to additional team members, add them as [users](/settings/user-management) and configure their reminder preferences separately.

## Trial expiry reminders

If you are on a free trial, SaleTides automatically sends reminders as your trial approaches its end date:

* 7 days before trial ends
* 3 days before trial ends
* 1 day before trial ends

These reminders cannot be disabled during the trial period. Once you subscribe, they stop.
