Include in your email:

* Your store URL or account email
* A clear description of the issue
* Any error messages you see (screenshots are helpful)
* When the issue started

## Reporting a bug

If you've found a bug in SaleTides, please email [support@saletides.com](mailto:support@saletides.com) with:

* Steps to reproduce the issue
* What you expected to happen
* What actually happened
* Your browser and operating system
* Screenshots or screen recording if possible

We take all bug reports seriously and will acknowledge receipt of your report.
