# Subscriptions Not Showing

> What to do if subscription data isn't appearing in SaleTides.

## Prerequisites

Before diagnosing, confirm:

1. **WooCommerce Subscriptions is active** on your store — go to **WordPress Admin → Plugins** and verify WooCommerce Subscriptions is installed and active.
2. **You have at least one subscription** in your WooCommerce store — check **WooCommerce → Subscriptions**.

If both are true and subscriptions still aren't showing in SaleTides, work through the steps below.

## Step 1 — Verify the subscription import ran

The subscription import is a separate import job from the orders import. It's possible orders imported successfully but the subscription import was skipped or failed.

Check your import progress from the dashboard. If you don't see a "Subscriptions" entry in the import log, run a manual subscription import:

1. Navigate to **Settings → Data Management**
2. Select **Subscriptions**
3. Click **Run Import**

## Step 2 — Check the subscription filter

On the Subscriptions page, make sure the status filter isn't hiding subscriptions. The default view may show only **Active** subscriptions — switch the filter to **All Statuses** to see if cancelled or on-hold subscriptions exist but are being filtered out.

## Step 3 — Check the date range

If the date range is set to a recent period (e.g., Last 30 days), older subscriptions may not appear. Set the date range to **All Time** to see all subscription records.

## Step 4 — Reconnect your store

If subscriptions exist in WooCommerce but didn't import, the most common cause is an API permission issue. The WooCommerce API keys SaleTides uses may not have permission to read subscriptions.

Click **Reconnect Store** in Settings to re-authorize. The new authorization will include subscriptions API access if WooCommerce Subscriptions is active.

## Step 5 — Run a full re-import

If reconnecting doesn't help, run a full re-import for subscriptions from **Settings → Data Management**.
