If you already use Claude or ChatGPT, you can ask about your store there. SaleTides becomes a connector the assistant can use: it reads your analytics (read-only) and never changes anything in your store.

Only the store owner can turn this on.

Open the assistant in SaleTides

Click the assistant button at the bottom right, then Use in Claude / ChatGPT.

Turn on access

Click Turn on access. This lets an assistant read your store analytics. Individual orders and customers stay private unless you allow them in Settings.

Add SaleTides to your assistant

Your connection URL is https://saletides.com/mcp.
  1. Open Claude Customize → Connectors (SaleTides opens it for you with Copy URL & open Claude).
  2. Click Add custom connector, name it SaleTides and paste the URL.
  3. Click Connect, then Authorize on the SaleTides screen.

Ask away

SaleTides shows when the connection is made. Ask in Claude or ChatGPT, for example “Compare my revenue this month with last month”.

Managing connections

Settings → AI Assistant lists the assistants connected to your store. Revoke disconnects one; Turn off access disconnects them all. The same setting decides whether assistants may see individual customers and orders.
