The dashboard: monthly sales target, next month's forecast and sales cards with comparisons
The dashboard opens on Today. Change the dates and comparison at the top and every widget follows.

Sales target and forecast

  • Monthly sales target: set a gross sales target for the month and see how far along you are, whether you’re on track or behind pace, and where the month is projected to land. The store owner sets and changes the target from the widget.
  • Forecast: this month’s expected total and next month’s estimate with a likely range. It’s worked out from your last 8 weeks of sales, day by day of the week, and adjusted for how the same month went last year. Further ahead is less certain, so the range widens. You can hide it.

Widgets

Dashboard widgets: sales chart, failed orders, total customers and new customers

Widgets further down the dashboard

Number widgets show the figure, what it covers, the change against your comparison with the earlier figure, and a small trend line. Click one to open the report behind it. List widgets (recent orders, top products, top customers) link to each order, product or customer, and most can be exported to CSV. A new dashboard starts with Gross Sales, Net Sales, Sales Orders, Average Order Value, Items Sold and Refund Rate, the sales chart, customer widgets and lists of recent orders, top products and top customers. Add, remove and rearrange them as you like: see Dashboard widgets.
Each person on your team arranges their own dashboard, and each store has its own.
