What the free trial includes

Every new SaleTides account starts with a 30-day free trial that includes:
  • Full access to all features (same as any paid plan)
  • Up to 1 store connected
  • No credit card required to start
Your trial begins when you create your account and complete the store connection.

Trial limitations

During the trial, you have access to all features. The only limitation is that you can connect one WooCommerce store. If you need to connect multiple stores, you’ll need to subscribe to the Growth or Pro plan.

Trial status

You can see how many days remain in your trial at the top of your dashboard. Once you subscribe to a paid plan, the trial countdown stops and your subscription takes over.

What happens when the trial ends

When your 30-day trial expires:
  1. Your dashboard becomes inaccessible
  2. You’ll see a trial expired page with options to subscribe
  3. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted
Subscribe to any paid plan to restore full access immediately. Your historical data and all settings are exactly as you left them.
SaleTides preserves your account data for 30 days after your trial expires. If you don’t subscribe within that window, your account and data will be removed.

Adding a payment method during trial

You can add your payment method at any time during the trial — this will not start your billing cycle early. Your first payment is charged when the trial ends (or when you explicitly subscribe). To add a payment method: navigate to Settings → Billing and click Add Payment Method.

Trial expiry reminders

SaleTides sends email reminders at:
  • 7 days before trial ends
  • 3 days before trial ends
  • 1 day before trial ends
These are sent to your account email address.

Starting a fresh trial

Free trials are one per account. If you need to re-evaluate SaleTides (for example, you signed up but didn’t have time to explore it), contact support — we’re happy to discuss options.
