Accepted payment methods

SaleTides uses Stripe for payment processing. The following payment methods are accepted:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Other major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe

Adding a payment method

Navigate to Settings → Billing and click Add Payment Method. You’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your card details. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe — SaleTides never stores raw card numbers.

Billing cycle

  • Monthly plans — charged on the same date each month (your subscription start date)
  • Annual plans — charged once per year on your subscription start date

Invoices

All invoices are available from Settings → Billing → Billing History. Each invoice includes:
  • Billing period
  • Plan name
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used
Invoices can be downloaded as PDF for accounting purposes.

Updating your payment method

To update your card, navigate to Settings → Billing → Payment Method and click Update. Enter new card details on the Stripe page. If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), SaleTides will:
  1. Retry the charge automatically over the following days
  2. Send an email notification about the failed payment
  3. Suspend access if the payment cannot be collected after the retry window

VAT / Tax

If your business is VAT-registered, enter your VAT number on the Billing page. Stripe will apply the appropriate tax treatment based on your billing country.
