Accepted payment methods
SaleTides uses Stripe for payment processing. The following payment methods are accepted:- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Other major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe
Adding a payment method
Navigate to Settings → Billing and click Add Payment Method. You’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your card details. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe — SaleTides never stores raw card numbers.Billing cycle
- Monthly plans — charged on the same date each month (your subscription start date)
- Annual plans — charged once per year on your subscription start date
Invoices
All invoices are available from Settings → Billing → Billing History. Each invoice includes:- Billing period
- Plan name
- Amount charged
- Payment method used
Updating your payment method
To update your card, navigate to Settings → Billing → Payment Method and click Update. Enter new card details on the Stripe page. If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), SaleTides will:- Retry the charge automatically over the following days
- Send an email notification about the failed payment
- Suspend access if the payment cannot be collected after the retry window
