Upgrading your plan

Navigate to Settings → Billing and click Change Plan to see the plan options. Select the plan you want to upgrade to and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and the new plan’s features (more stores, higher order volume) are available right away.

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade to a lower plan from Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your current plan remains active until the period ends, then the new plan starts.
If you’re on Growth (10 stores) and downgrade to Solo (1 store), you’ll need to choose which single store to retain. Stores beyond the plan limit will be disconnected at the time the downgrade takes effect.

Switching between monthly and annual billing

You can switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) from the Billing page:
  • Monthly → Annual: You’ll be charged for the remaining months upfront at the annual rate. Annual billing starts immediately.
  • Annual → Monthly: The switch takes effect at the end of your current annual period.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel, navigate to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Subscription.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Your data is preserved during this period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
After cancellation, your account enters a read-only state. You can still export data, but cannot run new imports or access real-time updates.

Reactivating after cancellation

To reactivate, log in and click Reactivate Subscription from the trial expired/cancelled page. You’ll be charged for the new billing period starting from the reactivation date.

Refunds

SaleTides does not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the period ends. Contact support for exceptional circumstances.
