What the Customers section covers
The Customers section gives you a complete view of everyone who has ever ordered from your store. It includes:- A searchable customer directory
- Individual customer profile pages
- Aggregated customer analytics and reports
- Retention and repeat purchase analysis
- Acquisition source attribution
Customer directory
The customers list shows all customers with the following columns:Searching customers
Use the search bar to find customers by name or email address.Filtering customers
Filter by:- Country — billing or shipping country
- Date range — customers who ordered in a specific window
- Custom segment — apply a saved customer segment
Customer profile pages
Click any customer to view their full profile:- Order history — all orders with dates, statuses, and totals
- Metrics — lifetime value, order count, AOV, first/last order dates
- Billing & shipping addresses
- Customer notes (from WooCommerce)
Customer metrics
At the top of the Customers page:Exporting customers
Click Export to download your customer list as CSV or Excel. The export includes name, email, location, order count, total spent, first order date, and last order date.Next steps
