Accessing settings

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar (or click your avatar → Settings).

Store details

The store settings page shows your connected WooCommerce store’s information:
  • Store name — the name of your WooCommerce store
  • Store URL — the URL of your connected store
  • Connection status — whether the WooCommerce API connection is active
  • Last sync — when data was last updated from your store

Multiple stores

If you are on the Growth or Pro plan, you can connect multiple WooCommerce stores to your SaleTides account. Each store has its own settings, data, and dashboard. To add a new store, click Add Store on the Settings page and follow the same OAuth connection flow used during signup. See Multi-store support for details.

Re-connecting a store

If your WooCommerce connection becomes inactive (for example, if the API keys were revoked on your WooCommerce store), you can re-authorize from the Store Settings page by clicking Reconnect Store.

Store switcher

If you have multiple stores, use the store switcher in the top navigation bar to move between stores. All analytics pages will update to show data for the selected store.
