Overview

The Data Management section in Settings gives you control over your store’s data within SaleTides. Navigate to Settings → Data Management.

Clear store data

Clear all store data removes all imported WooCommerce data from SaleTides for your current store — orders, customers, products, coupons, refunds, subscriptions, and all calculated metrics. This does not:
  • Delete your SaleTides account
  • Affect your WooCommerce store
  • Remove your store connection or API credentials
After clearing data, you can trigger a fresh import from your WooCommerce store to re-populate everything.

When to use this

  • Your WooCommerce store was restored from a backup and data is out of sync
  • You want to start fresh after a major store migration
  • You’re testing SaleTides with dummy data and want to clear it before going live
Clearing store data is irreversible. All historical analytics, calculated metrics, and segment history will be removed. The only way to get the data back is to run a full re-import from WooCommerce.

Delete account

Delete Account permanently removes your entire SaleTides account, including:
  • All store data and analytics
  • All saved segments
  • All dashboard configurations
  • All user accounts
  • Billing and subscription records
Your WooCommerce store is not affected — only the SaleTides account and its data are removed.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before deleting, consider downloading any reports or exports you want to keep.
To delete your account, click Delete Account and confirm by typing your store name. You will receive a final confirmation email.

Data export before deletion

Before clearing data or deleting your account, we recommend exporting any reports you want to retain:
  • Orders export (CSV or Excel)
  • Customer export
  • Product export
  • Any segment reports
