Overview

SaleTides supports connecting multiple WooCommerce stores to a single account. Each store has its own independent analytics dashboard, data, and settings. Multi-store is available on the Growth (up to 10 stores) and Pro (unlimited stores) plans.

Adding a second store

  1. Navigate to Settings → Store Settings
  2. Click Add Store
  3. Enter the URL of the new WooCommerce store
  4. You’ll be redirected to the WooCommerce OAuth authorization page for that store
  5. Click Approve to grant access
  6. SaleTides begins importing data for the new store
Each store goes through the same initial import process as your first store.

Switching between stores

Use the store switcher in the top navigation bar to move between your connected stores. All analytics pages update immediately to show data for the selected store. Your dashboard layout, widgets, segments, and settings are configured independently per store.

Store limits by plan

Solo1
GrowthUp to 10
ProUnlimited
If you’re on Solo and need to connect a second store, you’ll need to upgrade to Growth.

Disconnecting a store

To remove a store from your account:
  1. Switch to the store you want to remove
  2. Navigate to Settings → Store Settings
  3. Click Disconnect Store
Disconnecting a store removes all its data from SaleTides permanently, including historical analytics, segments, and settings. This cannot be undone.

Per-store users

User accounts are scoped to the SaleTides account, not individual stores. If a user has permission to access your account, they can switch to any of your connected stores. You can restrict access to specific sections (orders, customers, etc.) via user permissions, but not to specific stores.

Per-store billing

All connected stores are included under your single SaleTides subscription. You are not charged per store — only the total number of stores against your plan limit matters.

Common use case: agency management

SaleTides is well-suited for agencies managing analytics for multiple client stores. Use one SaleTides account with Pro to connect all client stores, and create separate user accounts for each client with appropriate permissions.
