What the Products section covers

The Products section gives you a full picture of how every product in your WooCommerce catalog performs — what sells, what doesn’t, how variations compare, and how products drive customer behavior.

Products list

Navigate to Products to see all products with the following columns:
ColumnDescription
ProductName and SKU
CategoryWooCommerce product category
OrdersNumber of orders containing this product
Units SoldTotal quantity sold
RevenueTotal gross revenue from this product
Avg PriceAverage selling price
Repeat Rate% of buyers who ordered this product more than once

Searching and filtering

Search by product name or SKU. Filter by:
  • Category — WooCommerce product category
  • Date range — performance in a specific period
  • Custom segment — apply a product segment

Product detail page

Click any product to view:
  • Sales trend chart (revenue and units over time)
  • All orders containing this product
  • Which customers bought this product
  • Frequently bought together products
  • Variation breakdown (for variable products)

Product metrics

MetricWhat it measures
Total ProductsNumber of products with at least one sale
Units SoldTotal quantity sold across all products
Gross RevenueTotal revenue from product sales
Top ProductBest-performing product by revenue

Top products report

The Top Products view ranks all products by revenue for the selected period. Useful for:
  • Identifying your best sellers
  • Spotting seasonal trends in specific products
  • Comparing product performance across time periods

Product categories

Group and filter products by WooCommerce category. The category report shows:
  • Revenue per category
  • Orders per category
  • Units sold per category
  • AOV for category purchases

Exporting product data

Click Export to download product data as CSV or Excel. The export includes product name, SKU, category, orders, units sold, revenue, and AOV.
